OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

The Operations Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide a safe working environment for all plant personnel.  This position supervises the operations and maintenance departments.  He /she will be required to make professional decisions and willing to accept the accountability on those decisions.  Listed below are job tasks and brief descriptions. 


OUTSIDE OPERATOR

The Outside Operator is responsible for the outside operation of the Agrilectric facilities.  He is responsible for all the outside operations and the maintenance of the facility which can impact the environment, the company profitability and the safety of all personnel on the plant site.  He is required to make professional decisions in a timely manner and is willing to accept the accountability for those decisions.  If qualified, will act as temporary relief for Head operator.  Listed below but not limited to job task and descriptions.


I/E TECHNICIAN

The Instrument and Electrical technician’s primary responsibility is maintaining the instrument and electrical equipment within the facility.  Proper performance in this position will produce high production with reliable operation and create a safe work atmosphere for all personnel and the plant.  They will be required to make professional decisions and willing to accept the accountability on those decisions.  


MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

The Maintenance Coordinator provides continuous support for maintenance group, projects and plant operations. This position is also responsible for directing the maintenance department work activities. 


MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

The Mechanic’s primary responsibility is maintaining the rotating equipment within the facility.  Proper performance in this position will produce high production with reliable operation and create a safe work atmosphere for all personnel and the plant.  He will be required to make professional decisions and willing to accept the accountability on those decisions.
